Our Process

After a quick chat to know you better, our team will prepare a holistic design proposal based on your requirements. At this stage the conversation can also develop with mood boards and style guidelines.

Upon your confirmation, our team will begin to iron out the details of your home, delving into the material selection, carpentry, plumbing, layout, electrical and lighting design. This is the stage where our ethos shines, our team will take you through revisions of renderings and drawings to curate your space.

Our team will be on site regularly to ensure works are progressing according to schedule and that completed works are up to standard

Upon completion of works, you may begin moving into your dream home and inhabit the fruits of your labour. Our team will remain on site and contactable to rectify any minor defects

Great Project Management and Attention to Detail

We engaged Zhiwei to design and renovate our resale condo. We had in mind that we wanted something modern and with a “hotel room aesthetic”. Both my husband and I are not artistically inclined and clearly don’t know how to describe what we want well. Adding to that was that we wanted the Reno to be done within a month.
We were really glad to have found Zhiwei because she actually managed to figure out what aesthetic we wanted really quickly through asking us the right questions and also being very knowledgeable in her work and designs. Everything from the furniture recommendations to shade of paint, we were quickly convinced that Zhiwei’s choices were better than what we could have ever come up with by ourselves, so our whole design process was very smooth and felt almost effortless for us.

Zhiwei also managed to coordinate and complete the whole Reno within a month. What impressed me was how realistic and detailed she was about the planning. A month is extremely tight but we knew from the outset for each take if there may be possibility delays. Zhiwei would also tell us early if something we wanted will delay the timeline, and propose alternatives, so that we had realistic expectations, no surprises, and enough lead time to decide on alternatives.
Overall, the Reno actually exceeded our expectations and also it was so easy for us because Zhiwei was detailed and managed the project well.

The design process was extremely smooth, due in large part to Zhiwei's detail-oriented approach. A keen eye for aesthetics, coupled with quick-thinking and innovative solutions for our practical needs, Zhiwei managed to help us conceptualise a home that both fit our desired style and suited our respective lifestyle needs. She offered to accompany us for any shopping trips we needed, be it for tiles or even toilet bowls.

In terms of the reno process, it was also smooth and relatively fuss-free. Zhiwei was great at coordinating all the works, and extremely hands-on in inspecting and asking her
contractors to rectify problems that arose without us even needing to ask.
She was also very open to any changes we wanted to make after seeing the actual work. The workmanship and overall professionalism of Zhiwei and her contractors was more than satisfactory as well. Even during the handover process, Zhiwei ensured that any defect, however small, was rectified and solved before handing the place over. There were even a couple of post-handover issues which she immediately agreed to resolve without hesitation.
Overall, I would say that anyone who works with Zhiwei will not be disappointed. She made the daunting process of renovation easy and smooth, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented ID with an eye for aesthetics!
