The contemporary design of this young couple's first home artfully balances communal warmth with private comfort. Our designers ensured that the Living and dining areas provide a seamless flow for hosting friends and family. There is a clear distinction is maintained between communal and intimate zones to offer privacy when needed. This is balanced with the need to create open spaces for hosting social gatherings. The Clients N & P wanted a functional and versatile kitchen.
The design includes ample counterspace while storage was relegated to building in custom carpentry for cookware and other kitchen appliances. Throughout the process the homeowners were involved to provide their opinions and feedback on the design process. This included the space planning, carpentry drawings, the appliances and even down the the lighting. This ensures that the finished space boast a unique and personalised environment for N & P and suits their vision for their dream modern and functional home.
