This 5 Room BTO in Clementi is designed with the client’s intent of hosting gatherings and incorporation of various teak furniture and elements. Central to the design is the open concept kitchen island and dining table which serves as the focal point to the otherwise brightly themes carpentry. The space planning accommodates the ease of movement and interaction in the living and dining areas of the house. The ceiling height was maximised and A/C trunking concealed. The focus remained on marrying aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that ergonomics were respected throughout the home.

With a unified design direction, the development of the space unfolded smoothly, fulfilling both aesthetic desires and practical needs. The completed design provided a flexible and inviting canvas. J & JW added their personal touch, transforming the space into a warm, cozy, and uniquely theirs home. Facilitated by careful planning and forethought J & JW afforded to introduce bright colours and bold statement pieces to elevate the space even further. Crafting a bespoke and contemporary blend of lifestyle and functionality. The resultant space is a testament to careful planning and attention to detail.
