S & K’s 5-room BTO in Tampines Greenweave was designed to be a modern, functional space. The young couple loves to host family and friends, so they needed a layout that integrated the living and dining areas while maintaining a clear separation between communal and private zones. This distinction ensures that while the home remains open and welcoming, it provides the intimacy needed for personal spaces. The challenge for this project was creating a functional work-from-home environment without overcrowding the common areas.

S & K had a strong vision for their home, which was full of specific ideas they wanted to incorporate. Our designers were able to piece together a cohesive plan that balanced aesthetics with practicality. Throughout the process, the couple was deeply involved in every detail, from space planning to the material selection. The space was then completed with S & K’s personal touches, décor, and furnishings that transformed the space into a cosy retreat. The final space perfectly reflects the vision, offering functionality and a welcoming atmosphere for hosting friends and family.
